By accessing and using My TBR (available at mytbr.wtmf.se), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

My TBR is a free personal reading tracker that allows you to:

• Create and manage your "To Be Read" (TBR) book list
• Track your reading progress and rate books
• Sync your library across devices using Google Sign-In
• Receive AI-powered book recommendations
• Access affiliate links to purchase books on Amazon and Apple Books

3. User Accounts

When you create an account using Google Sign-In:

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Upload malicious code or content
• Scrape, data-mine, or automatically collect data from the service
• Use the service to spam, harass, or abuse others
• Abuse the AI recommendation feature (excessive requests, manipulation attempts)

5. Intellectual Property

Our Content: The My TBR application, including its design, code, and original content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

Third-Party Content: Book covers, titles, descriptions, and metadata are the property of their respective copyright holders (publishers, authors, Apple Books, Amazon). We display this information under fair use for the purpose of helping users manage their reading lists.

Your Content: You retain ownership of any personal data you add to your library. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store and display this information solely to provide the service to you.

6. Affiliate Links Disclosure

My TBR contains affiliate links to Amazon and Apple Books. This means:

• We may earn a small commission when you make purchases through our links
• This comes at no additional cost to you
• We are a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program
• We participate in the Apple Performance Partners Program

The inclusion of affiliate links does not influence our book recommendations, which are generated by AI based solely on your reading preferences.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of book information
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Security or freedom from viruses or harmful components

Book prices, availability, and information may change without notice. Always verify details on the retailer's website before making a purchase.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of data, profits, or goodwill
• Service interruptions or errors
• Unauthorized access to your account or data
• Issues arising from third-party services (Google, Amazon, Apple, OpenAI)

9. Service Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms
• Remove content that violates these terms or applicable laws

You may delete your account at any time using the "Delete Account" option in the app.

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Sweden.
